I’ve only recently started Pilates and am enjoying it very much. So far I’ve had classes with Evelyna, Courtney and Niamh - each class has been excellent. They’ve been attentive and mindful of differing abilities in the class. They are also friendly and inject a bit of humour to keep flagging momentum going!
