The addition of the level 3 class on Monday evening is genius!! So 'dynamic' the class passes without reallising it - clarified & constant instruction - feeling the results already !!

Really enjoyed the class with Sophie. Challenging but relaxing. I felt great after. We’ll keep an eye for classes again.

Una is an amazing teacher.
May I make a suggestion ; instead of storing the black boxes vertically against the mirrors, it might be an idea to lay them horizontally so they don’t block as much mirror. It’s good to be able to use the mirrors as a guide.
