Martha was absolutely lovely, she adapted the exercises to my injury and I still got a really good workout. Music was nice and not too loud. Came out feeling strong and happy.
Couldn't have been better.
Marta is fantastic! Well-paced class and very enjoyable.
Always a wonderful class - perfectly instructed and great sense of camaraderie among the regular attendees
