it's a good class with a great instructor. The only thing is the class is expensive.

I cycle 4,000 - 6,000kms per year and do no other exercise at the moment so my flexibility has become poor. I took up reformer Pilates as my wife does it and highly recommends it. I have found the two sessions I have attended fantastic at loosening my body and identifying areas that are not flexible. Lynn has been really helpful particularly with exercises that I struggle with due to lack of flexibility. Really beneficial and enjoyable.
