I have already recommended PP to others. I didn’t expect to like Pilates at all when I started but I do and I feel better for it so of course I’m telling others about it. I particularly like the fact that I can move my schedule about if I need to as my personal and work life are very demanding and I need that flexibility.

I have been doing one to one sessions with Emma in Clonskeagh (now attending her back care classes). Emma is superb at her job and I always look forward to the sessions. I also found the service by phone excellent and efficient.
