I have been going to Evilenas starter classes, it is my first time doing Pilates. I find her classes so calming and soothing, while getting a great workout! I can’t believe I didn’t start sooner! I think I have fallen in love with reformer:)

I really love platinum Pilates. Some days I could be having a really anxious filled day but when I go into the classes it literally just melts away. Perfect mix of challenging and enjoyable!
