Find studio classes excellent, really like variety of teachers who spice up each class with their own twist. All are very clear on instructions and if you cannot do a move, they gentle verbally correct you until you get it right.

I was glad to get back to the studio after months away. I got the virus and have had so little energy for a very long time. The instructor was Laura and I found her gentle & a very good teacher.
