Great classes. Teachers have a real interest in helping you progress and are not going through the motions even for total beginners. Have been doing reformer Pilates in local gym for a couple of years but have learnt more about my technique in one class with Platinum Pilates than I did in my local gym. I can not recommend Platinum Pilates enough.
