Elaine Tipples classes are second to none, I’ve found it really hard to get back to exercise after baby but each time I go to her class I feel encouraged to return. All her movements feel very foundational, back to basics which feels good when you’ve not been for a while and have lost confidence. But even though the level 1 is back to basics my body always hurts in a good way afterwards and I understand what’s happened because of how she explains. Hence the score thank you!
