Laura Anne is a wonderful Pilates instructor. Classes fee personalised and innovative, challenging yet enjoyable. She has a great energy and has helped me massively to get the most out of my classes. By making small tweaks to my form and giving plenty of encouragement I can feel a real difference in my strength and my body.
