Great class by Victoria. Definitely happy to see Level 3 classes available. Class was definitely intense, sweating from beginning to end. Would recommend the class to anyone looking for a challenge!

Entirely dependent on the instructor. I would recommend an instructor or instructors with the addendum that class levels vary hugely and are very dependent on the instructor.
