I really enjoy all the instructors - I stick to certain times so I meet a great variety of ladies! I would like if there were bios on the website

I've missed classes for the last few weeks and Ellen stretched all the right places! I was lucky enough to be the only attendee for the class and Ellen gave excellent 1-1 attention, I'm feeling great after her class.

Great teachers, especially Damy and Sarah. Lots of different styles and energy levels. Very nice studios, clean and fragrant. I feel so much better physically after returning this year, also enjoy the time out.
