Great tuition and hard workout. One suggestion ( not directly related to the class).. can we try to get the cars parking outside Clonskeagh to not park so close to the bike rack? Often it is not possible to use the rack as the cars are too close to the front of the building and this is not necessary? Sorry for being a bit picky!

I have been attending Mila's class on a Monday, I love the way she talks through the movements, why we're doing what we're doing, importance of breathing etc...tough! but informative and hopefully doing the job!!
