The teachers are fab, classes and movements are great, the rooms are lovely and well designed. Two things I would love, a 12 or even 20 hour cancellation fee instead of 24. I always miss it by minutes! Also I miss Wills old classes where he did lots of jump board and loads of great energetic music! It made it go so quickly and you felt like you had a serious cardio class!

Elaine is an excellent instructor and breaks down each exercise with clear guidance. I get a great workout/stretch and always feel the effort was worth it. I highly recommend Elaine's class.
