I attend Elaine and Laura Anns classes and they are so good at teaching that I always feel I’m improving.

Laura Anne Moone is a phenomenal teacher. No matter how many hours she has taught in a day and how weary she might privately be, she gives her all to my evening class, as if it is her first class of the day. She deserves a raise. I am always sorry on the rare days she is not there to lead the class.

Damy's Monday class is a feel good hour of hard work! He challenges you and creates a great atmosphere at the same time. The studio is a lovely bright and airy environment for exercise, and everyone really respects the equipment and keeps it clean for the next person. I did the intro offer of 4 classes and I'll definitely be back for more!
