• I chose that score because of the environment as well as the lashes. From a customer point of view, everyone gets along and the camaraderie helps for a happy environment. I know I was a practice dummy LOL but what I did witness as well as heard, is that your lash experts know what they're doing and they listened to the client. I like that😊
