• I was greeted by a friendly person when I walked in. She handed me an iPad to register, and explained everything thoroughly. My eyelash stylist approached me and guided me toward her area. I have small eyes, short lashes, and have worn extensions continually for over 7 years. I am a difficult client to please. Rachel did not do a good job; she did an AMAZING job! I still am in awe that she "nailed it" on the first visit!! No one has ever been able to get it the way I like it on the first visit. Seriously, Rachel is not only a gifted aesthetician, but has an eye for what a face needs. I am so fortunate to have been matched with her! On the way out, Michelle (?) set up my next appointment, took my payment, reminded me of the care for my lashes, and assured me that I could call the shop if I had any questions. What a nice way to send off a new client.
