• The customer service is impeccable! Starting with Jeremy who is spot ON with appointments and follow up reminders, to the immaculate facility! It always smells great and good music to pass the time while getting your lashes done! The girls are friendly and knowledgeable about lashes! I use to always get red eyes & irritation for 2-3 days following my new lashes BUT I have never gotten red eyes since I've started with Platinum Lashes! I am a client for life!!

• I had a fantastic experience at Platinum Lashes- La Verne! I got eyelash extensions for the first time at this location and I’m really relieved that I did! Mara did them absolutely beautifully, exactly how I wanted them done the very first time which is such a relief because my wedding is coming up soon and I didn’t have much time to trial the lashes. Everyone was very friendly and the environment is welcoming and comfortable. Excellent experience!
