Platinum Lashes

This time around I'm very satisfied with the results. I was contacted shortly after my first review and my appointment was scheduled on the very next day. Jeremy was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my lashes. It's been 1 week since I got my new set instead the first one and I'm very pleased. They feel very comfortable, in fact like my own. And I still have pretty much almost all of them... What a difference!!! Very natural look and feel. Definitely will be getting my fill here and my future lashes:)

This was my first time visiting this location, I'm usually in Glendora, and as always, Jeremy was able to accommodate me and squeeze me in on a very short notice. Veronica did my eyelashes today and I was so impressed!! She gave me exactly what I wanted! Do not be shy to explain what you want, these girls will give them to you! So glad I came in today and I absolutely love how Veronica made my eyes look!!! She was also extremely gentle and I kept falling asleep because of how comfy I was lol

I am a little bummed to have to write an amendment to my initial 5 star review, but I guess a good thing doesn't last forever.

I had one bad experience a few months ago a young lady (let's call her A) just wasn't up to speed and as experienced as others there. That time my fill was not good. I wasn't happy when I left and they fell out a few days later. I was so upset I canceled my calendar full of appointments. They called me back and repaired my lashes free of charge and I was happy again and had been assigned a new young lady (let's call her B).

During my 2nd appointment with B I am getting my lashes done and a conversation is started by the receptionist complaining about customers, that we are "so dramatic and they are just lashes". I get it everyone has a bad day at work and wants to complain and even if it was personal and intentionally aimed at me that's okay too. I perfectly OK to not be liked for demanding good service and quality of work. For the record, yes I do feel entitled, I book two to three times a month and always tip top tier so sorry...but no, I won't let you treat my like your doing me a favor!

Things were rolling along fine girl B and I were good and we had it down to a science, then unfortunately she moved.

Low and behold, 1st appointment after girl B moves they put me in girl A's chair.

Lady A was rough, heavily resting her hands on my cheeks as she ripped through my lashes and poked me several times with the tweezers and rested her chest on the top of my head all while slurping on a candy.

I couldn't go on, I was in the chair all of ten minutes I offered to pay whatever I owed and left with three torn up lashes in each eye.

I could say it was just luck of the draw, but I feel more like it was more along the lines of taken for granted and "tough cookie, get over it".

Totally worth the drive! Every time I come out, it's with thick, fluffy, perfect lashes. I love Linda the best, but you just can't go wrong with any of the lash stylists.

I never been so satisfied with my eyelash extensions I feel like a new person. The time was well spent and very professional and Jeremy is an outstanding man.! He makes sure the clients are happy, and has good tips on how to take care of the lashes .!!! Will be my new place for sure .!! Everyone is nice Melissa is sweetheart Catherine did my lashes AWESOME.!!

I'm so happy that I am able to get my lashes done at Platinum again! I got my first set of lashes from Platinum in October 2013, but after a year of driving to Glendora it was just too much. Now I'm working in Glendale and I immediately switched from the place I've been going. I'm so happy with my new set of lashes. I went back east for a wedding and my lashes still looked like I just had them done a week later. Going for my fill Saturday and it will be quick because they still look great. I would definitely recommend Platinum Lashes!

I LOVE THIS PLACE.
I found parking on the street right in front, they are located right next to Spa Xanadu (green awning)
Checking in is easy and quick.
Everyone is friendly! You can definitely tell that the employees are happy.
The table (bed? lol) that you lay on is very comfortable. (I fell asleep haha)
My brand new full set of lashes took ~ 2 hours.
Catherine is AMAZING and I can't believe how perfect my lashes look!
When you check out, you'll get the rundown of what to do and what not to do, lash care etc.
I love that they encourage you to call if there's any issues or if you have questions.
Also.. The restroom is ADORABLE.

I'm never the one to leave bad reviews but it's just sucks I've had my lashes for a week and a half . I got them done for a wedding , keep in mind the wedding was two day after I got them done and throughout the whole day I had fallen lashes all over my face so embarrassing. I even brought a face wash meant for lashes I took extra care of them . Even my mother got them done and hers are half way off as well .. The owner is very beautiful and super sweet which makes it harder to leave this review but I just have to be honest. The girl who did my lashes was nice but didn't give me what I wanted and as I tried to explain to her she just kept saying well if u want them long they'll touch your eyebrows and I mean who cares if they do it's what you want not them right? . I've seen pictures of them doing huge and long lashes just how I love them but I didn't get that I had to tell the lady in the front desk that I wanted something more dramatic like another client they had there her lashes were so nice . But they said I had to come twice for that ‍ . Over all they were nice people! It's a beautiful place but I'm so disappointed with how they turned out and specially how long they last . I've also seen other reviews on how they've fallen off a few days after so just look out for that .

Love this place!!! They have the best professional lash techs. I've been getting my lash done about two years!! Great customer service and the facilities are well-kept and clean. Love the new location In Arcadia. If your considering getting your lash extensions, this is the place!!!
