The instructors are all amazing, but I especially love Kelli! She is so friendly and has really given a lot of time to help me with my back and focus on my core. She checks in with me a lot during our sessions to make sure my back is doing ok and also offers modifications when I need! I also love the slow burn of the classes and how much better I feel overall!
