The location is beautiful, the instructor was knowledgeable and flexible to what we wanted and were capable of doing, the class was a perfect amount of time that we didn't feel rushed or that she was trying to waste time. Everything was great!

The class was great, I felt welcomed and it was friendly but there wasn't any messing around and wasting time. I also felt like the way the class was taught was flexible such that I could return and build up to whatever level of strength I wanted to.
