• Plank HQ provides the best reformer Pilates class on the coast! All the trainers are very enthusiastic, happy and motivating! They always take into account EVERY person in the class and are happy to modify a flow to suit a certain person. I'm still loving going to class at 6 months pregnant and looking forward to the HIIT reformer classes once I have bub.
