• This appointment ended fabulously. I called the night before and scheduled a last minute appointment for my daughter in addition to my appointment. When we arrived, her stylist went to work but my stylist was snowed in and couldn't get to the salon (and our appointments were the first of the morning so they couldn't call and let me know). They offered me the option of seeing another stylist and she was great. They were quick to offer a solution to my problem.

• Always love Planet salon ever since moving here from Canada and looking for a Bumble and bumble salon. Beaumont has always been available when I call for an appointment as well as high skilled hairdressers. I currently make travel arrangements to come back to them as I have relocated to New York!!
