• I just purchased a shampoo that I really liked, but I had recycled the bottle and couldn't remember the exact name. It was the B & B, but not the right type. I bought the wrong one. I thought I'd just ask if I could get the right one, even tho I had used it. I thought that it would not be possible, because it was so expensive and I'd just have to settle with it, even tho it didn't do so well with my hair. I was Soooo surprised and pleased when they exchanged it. And I am so much happier with finding the right product. Thanks so much!
