• Usually when I come to Planet Massage my body is totally out of sorts. Pain, stiffness and feeling locked up, mostly from work. Mark is able to loosen my muscles enough, for pain to ease and I go on doing stretching on my own. I do wait too long in between visits sometimes, not good. Coming on more regular basis would be more beneficial for the health of my body.
