Andrew was super helpful in walking me through a slightly new daily routine so that my hair looks just as fabulous as it did yesterday after my appt. he gave me great tips to try to add more volume (I live in CA and can't rely on humidity) and was very patient with all of my questions

I was so excited and nervous to come in for my hair cut. I have mistreated my hair for 20+ years. I truly thought I would try to have my hair in its natural state. I stopped straightening my hair and was somewhat mindful of what products I used and gave it time to grow. I had been wanting to come in to get my hair cut for so long. I followed Planet Curls on social media and saw everyone with beautiful curls and thought yeah I don’t know if my hair will turn out the way I wanted due to my mistreatment but finally made my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early and procrastinated in the parking lot. When I finally walked in I was greeted and sat down with Charlie and talked about my hair, he started my cut and continued to a wash, adding product, time under the dryer and back to the chair to see if my hair had cooperated. I was pleasantly surprised my hair looked health my curls were so nice and bouncy. Thank to Charlie and the staff at Planet Curls for a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back.
