I hadn't cut my hair in years and had been looking for a place to go. I was looking to cut about 5 inches of length and I was nervous. Charlie made me feel comfortable and confident. Im super happy with the cut. Still getting used to the shortness but happy overall. I also wasn't sure if I should do bangs as I've never had them before but Charlie suggested it and I trusted him. I'm really happy we did the cut and that he suggested the bangs.
