• It was my first visit to Plain Jane and my first laser facial after being referred by a friend. Emma ,who handled my laser facial was welcoming and informative. She made suggestions in the flow of conversation for future services and product (which I purchased) but I never felt I being "oversold" so it she made a great impression and I will return.
