• It was my first fractional of the year and I appreciated Emma walking me through all of the steps again. Definitely helped with distraction and it was over before I know it. Recovery seems fast this time around too which helped! I know I’ll love the results :)

• Emma is so lovely! I feel so relaxed and she strikes the perfect balance of providing conversation and relaxation, and puts the products on at the end for me which I really appreciate because I hate feeling like I'm being "sold" products at the end of a spa/facial visits at other facilities. I have even contemplated holding/cancelling my membership due to the feeling like i'm trying to be sold products, but Emma never puts that pressure on me. Wonderful facial!
