• Everything was explained to me so thoroughly and in a way I could understand. My service was comfortable and felt accessible. I liked that options for future treatment were discussed but I wasn’t made to feel bad about my current skin care regime or pushed to get purchase anything on the spot

• I love Luanna and she does an amazing job! She’s 10/10. Note for the clinic: not totally sure if the pictures we take are helpful and can sometimes be a bit scary to see. Hopefully it’s helpful on the clinics end to have record, but sometimes I’m not sure if I want to know how much inflammation etc is going on. Feels a bit scary! Just a note :) Luanna is amazing would highly recommend
