  • Weight training has been very beneficial for me with regard to strength, stability and mobility. Since doing the small group training there, I have noticeable improvement in all those areas. My instructor, Amanda Hoffman is very knowledgeable and not only able to relay / demonstrate that information clearly , but instruct for each individual’s ability within the group class. My class is a fun group of women. The facility is well maintained. The staff / other instructors are informative and helpful.
