• I've been going to Pioneer since it opened, and I am impressed with the experience every time I visit. My friends and I have turned it into a social gathering where we go hang out together while we get our hair cut and then go grab a drink and some food afterwards. The staff is super friendly and they are always having a good time together. I also love the opportunity to purchase from their great supply of high quality men's grooming products. They've made a loyal customer out of me.

• Pioneer has grown incredible roots in the Nashville hair scene. The shop screams "Classic Barbershop". Granted when it's screaming, I mean it's politely telling you that you're exactly where you need to be to get a top quality hair cut. Gentlemen don't scream unless provoked, of course. Everyone in the shop is nothing but courteous any time I am in the shop. Kevin Hagewood knows exactly what to do with the razor, scissors, and clippers to make sure you leave looking and feeing like a king. If you haven't treated yourself to a shave, cut, hair wash, and shoulder massage, book now and thank yourself later.

• Just moved to the Gultch and Very picky about who cuts my hair and this place was top notch, hands down the best atmosphere, barber, and company you could ever find. Will be going back a couple times a month and will spread the word that's it's the best place to get your ears lowered this side of the Mississippi.
