• Walked in last minute. Kevin immediately walked up. He had another reso about 45 minutes later. Without missing a beat, Kevin said yes, I've got this. He took care of me with amazing service and still had time to spare. And I will add, I've hadn't had a haircut in 5 months and wanted a short cut Mohawk. Excellent job sir. Received compliments all day today. Thank you.

• It's so hard to find a skilled barber. Let alone one that can adapt to your needs flawlessly each time without letting you down. Kevin is that barber. As long as he's cutting hair, he's my barber. I can't comment on the other barbers in the shop from a cut standpoint but I do see them doing a great job while I'm there.

• I was visiting Nashville and had been traveling for several weeks. I needed a haircut... bad. I walked by Pioneer. Normally I would not go to an unknown shop but it was a cool and I said what the hell. The experience, not just the haircut but the entire experience was exceptional.
