Dr. Hensel is one of a kind and very knowledgeable and wise and dealing with my very unique problems.. I appreciate his very caring ways and understanding and patience and my daughter feels the same. He listens and is excellent to answer emails back when you have questions between visits. At the front desk, Janet is wonderful and very knowledgeable to find the right products on the Shelf as well as research new products when needed for me. She is also very caring, as is Julia who is very nicely running the whole office and is also very personable to the patients and wonderful to get my supplements out as quick as possible, even on the days that they are not selling supplements, and I realize that I am totally out of one that I need before my next appointment. Though I totally miss her mother, Julia is filling her shoes in a very professional way and I'm sure Dr Pinkham would be very proud of her today. I recommend this office, doctor and staff to my friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julia in her expertise as I understand that she is very talented in this field also.
