Pink Lady Lash

I have been to countless lash salons over the years for lash lifts/perms and Pink Lady Lash is the only one that consistently delivers a uniform and noticeable curl. My lashes are long but very straight so I've had mixed results at other businesses.

I go out of my way to see Marisa because she does great work! I admire her attention to detail and focus on customer comfort. I told her on my first visit that my eyes were sensitive to light and would likely water under the bright light - she immediately made a note in the system and made it a point to limit my exposure.

Also, such a win that there's no post-appointment restrictions so I can carry on with my day! Definitely worth a visit.

Update 2/18/23:
Shelby, the owner, was kind enough to speak with her staff, and then with me, to figure out a solution to the issue of my being turned away for being five minutes late to my appointment. The salon actually has a 15 minute grace period, which is more aligned with other salons. Apparently the lash technician felt she needed the entire length of the appointment to make sure my lashes took the solution well enough to get a good result, so they will adjust my appointment times in the future to accommodate for this. I appreciated that Shelby talked with everyone involved and then offered a solution that was appropriate for the situation, and works for both me and the salon. I've updated this review from 3 stars to 5 to reflect the excellent customer service that Shelby and PLL have provided.

I have made five appointments at this place. I've only had service three times. That's because if you are five minutes late, they cancel your appointment, even if you were standing right there at the desk. They are very polite, but very firm. I would suggest to them that they schedule with enough buffer time between clients so that they don't have to cancel when you've just driven 30 minutes to get to their very inaccessible location. There's always tons of traffic on 360, and even if you plan enough time to drive there, you're often stuck in traffic. You can imagine that I've been so frustrated twice when I've driven an hour round-trip just to not be able to go into my appointment.

My friend who graduated from Pink Lady Lash wasn't able to do my last so she recommended to go there. I made my appt with MiKayla and I am obsessed with my lashes. They looks so good and natural looking. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a lash salon. MiKayla is awesome and did a great job! Now that I have these lashes I don't want to go back . I highly recommend.

Summer Lindsey did an amazing job with my lift and tint! I had never received any kind of lash services and she was very communicative about the process and pleasant to chat with. I felt safe in the private room with her, which is especially important when you're not able to use your eyes for about an hour.

The lash service was also excellent. My lashes never hold a curl and I'm very excited to see them finally curled. I will absolutely be coming back and will be asking for Summer Lindsey.

The lobby was very clean and well-designed. The receptionist was very kind and immediately offered a drink. The music choices were excellent! Checking in and out was painless and I barely had to wait. Highly recommend Pink Lady Lash!

The only lash extension place I trust!! The studio is so cute and vibe is very relaxing. I've been seeing Mi Kayla for as long as I can remember! I didn't know what style to ask for and she recommended an M-curl for my specific eye shape and I have girls asking about them all the time!

I had a lash lift here a few months back and was so pleased. I went to another studio a while back and didn't like it at all, so I'm glad I ventured out to try someone new. It really made my lashes look longer and curled. I'll be back for sure soon!

I've gotten a lash lift and tint a couple of times from here and plan to keep going! Absolutely love the staff, they are very welcoming and professional!
I also love that the products they use are organic, my eyes never burn after the lift and my lashes look natural and curled perfectly! Highly recommend!

The staff at Pink Lady Lash are friendly, the studio designed well, and the services done to my satisfaction. I ranked three stars though, due to an unfortunate scleritis in my left eye caused by the irritation of (I assume) the lash adhesive. During my service my left eye was burning from the adhesive (enough to where I almost asked my tech for a break), but I powered through thinking it was a normal side effect (as I'd not had extensions in years). That evening, my lower left eye became increasingly red (shown in picture) and sore to blink. I visited a specialist the morning after my service, and she diagnosed scleritis of my left eye, which occurs when the white part of your eye becomes swollen, red, tender, or inflamed. The inflammation can spread to the back of your eye, which is why it was becoming sore to blink. I was provided treatment options, but at the end of the day was disappointed that I'd missed work, would now need to be on medication while on vacation, and suffered a bit of pain for two weeks of extensions. I think it'd be beneficial for PLL to explain the potential burn of the lash adhesive beforehand, and offer breaks as a way for a client to feel comfortable pausing a service if too uncomfortable.

UPDATED: Bumped my review up to 5 stars due to the recovery efforts and excellent customer service provided by the salon, after receiving my feedback. The staff refunded me for the entire service and passed along my information to the owner who offered to do my lashes personally in the future. Thank you PLL for your hospitality!

I recently started getting my lashes done at pink lady lash with Mi Kayla and I am hooked and absolutely love it!!! Mi Kayla explained every service they offered and was very knowledgeable and open to any question I had. I could tell she actually really cares about her work and her clients, so I trusted her suggestions. She is very thorough with her work and genuinely really wants you to walk out feeling beautiful and confident. I refer everyone of my girlfriends to her because she really is the best. Plus everyone I've met at pink lady lash is so sweet and welcoming.
