• I began taking classes at Pineapple Life Yoga + Fitness with very little confidence in myself. I had no idea what to expect; but I always prepare for the worst--people are gonna judge me because I'm new, I won't be able to keep up, and so forth. I was welcomed with open arms not only by the instructors but also the ladies who help check me in and the other members. I have been taking classes since October and I can feel a difference in my mental health and I am learning to build confidence.
