• Pineapple is a place of acceptance, being seen and heard, and freedom to experience continuous growth of my mind body and soul. I have become more grounded, peaceful and strong from my work in this studio. The instructors guide with experience and acceptance. Each of us is treated with dignity and respect. There's nothing more important to receive from an instructor lead workout.
