• Brought me back to remembering my self-worth in the Reiki class--which we all forget from time to time. The aerial-yoga class filled me with a feeling of joy as I did as a child! It was absolutely fabulous!!! I also tried the Kettlebootie class and my bootie definitely felt a 'boost'!
