• I waited until I completed the beginner's series before leaving a rating. I wanted to see how cohesive each class was, building off the prior classes. Everything was phenomenal, from Jen's instruction, to the gentle music, quiet lights, and warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was exactly what I needed, when I didn't even know it.

• The people and the guests were soooooo friendly - it really felt like a community. Also the studio was beautiful and the class was very relaxing and meditative. I really liked the salt wall, and I can't wait to go back!
