• Hi is there anyway to re start my 2 week trial ? I had just purchased it and used the sauna, but I ended up getting Covid and really would like to use the 2 week trail

• I love the customer service and instructors who make all classes so fun! However, I’ve been using the saunas regularly and sometimes the front desk staff doesn’t preheat the sauna so I arrive and it’s cold which cuts into my session and feels wasteful. Hopefully they can get a reminder to check the schedule and preheat the saunas.
