• Hannah Frost's classes are excellent. She is really good at giving specific corrections which I can apply. She has an eagle eye, and demands the best her students can do, with humour and care. I find if I don't do Hannah's classes, I get sloppy & lazy - my body needs her teaching to tune up. Hannah's classes are the best medicine!
