• Excellent body workout from a very experienced teacher, Knowledgeable and enthusiastic with regard for the 50+ class members Always a creative final sequence with well chosen music, very good choice of music throughout the class. Always feel good at the end of the session.

• Easy to access, value for money, good to support teachers and it is almost but not quite as good as being there in person. We must support the the creative industry and the arts!
