• The booking system works well. Teachers are great. A few technical hitches, but understandable. Just ensure teachers remember to be in camera when setting exercises.

• The session was great fun! I do find it tricky to follow as it’s backwards (wonder if you could have a camera angle from the back too) but it was still great. The teacher was good fun, with great energy.

• The class with Mads is AMAZING - she’s such a brilliant teacher 😊 i’ve been recovering from a serious accident which left me wheelchair-bound and had re-broken my leg again earlier this year, and can’t believe how much these courses are helping me or thank you guys enough for this! Not only is my fitness getting so much better my confidence has grown so much x
