• This was my first time getting acupuncture. I felt like they explained everything and performed the acupuncture appropriately according to my symptoms. The room and chairs were comfortable and I felt like I could meditate through my treatment. Later that day, and for a few days, I felt more energized, less depressed and more motivated to get things done in my life. I will definitely be coming back to try more treatments.

• Was originally scared about the pain of the needles. Turned out more like brushing into a Pinetree than being stuck bya needle. Highly recommend Penn and tonic. I tried cupping for the first time and it was absolutely a wonderful experience.

But some other issues as they arise and can be addressed through acupuncture and other changes. Even on not great visits (usually I'm thinking omg too much) I come back relaxed and improved.
