So grateful to have a pilates studio in queens with superb teachers. I love taking Janice, Delia and Daniel's classes. All very unique in their teaching styles. I've been to many studios before - which were frankly a waste of my time, but the instructors here are the best and I always leave feeling challenged!

I absolutely love this space! It's such a great addition to the LIC community.

The classes are fun, challenging, and well rounded, and the instructors are motivating and super friendly. There is also a fantastic variety of classes. My personal favorite is Power Tower, which will make you sweat and have your abs sore every time .

If you've ever wanted to try pilates equipment classes, but were afraid to ask - PilatesWorks is the place for you!

I started taking pilates 7 years ago (the first incarnation of PilatesWorks was actually at the Yoga Room LIC location then moving to the original Workout Factory before getting their own dedicated studio). I love the way it makes me feel - strong, flexible and positive. I try to come at least once a week to get my fix.

The studio is conveniently located on Jackson Ave - right across from the foot of the Pulaski Bridge. It's a beautiful space that gets a lot of light and is also spotless. The machines are well kept and they have all the props a pilates lover needs.

There are many classes - classic reformer, tower and jumpboard classes as well as combo classes - offered throughout the day, each week. I love the schedule as there are early morning, mid-day and evening classes - so it's impossible to make an excuse to not get your pilates on!

And probably the best thing about PilatesWorks and what brings a lot of clients back - the teachers. Daniel G. is fantastic, challenging and hilarious. Christina is also awesome - and I love her playlists. Every teacher that I have encountered have been very well versed in pilates and really focus on form and the comfort level of their students.

So look no further - this studio has got it all. To quote the amazing PilatesWorks t-shirts - "Do Pilates. It Works!"

If you are considering of buying a pack of 5 or 10 classes, think twice. Should you be in a situation when you can't use the remaining sessions, they'll never give you a refund, regardless of your circumstances.

I had only taken pilates classes on a mat before I started going to this studio, and I really like the range of class levels and the feedback that the instructors give to make sure we're doing the movements properly and using the equipment properly.

The space is really nice: high ceilings, lots of natural light. The equipment is clean. Classes are easy to book online, and the price is pretty good relative to nearby studios.

Excellent pilates studio, with very attentive and professional staff.
Whether you're taking privates or group classes, whether you're a beginner or pilates experts, their instructors always pay attention to every detail, and help you make any adjustments if necessary because of conditioning or injury.
It's also very conveniently located, steps from the Vernon/Jackson Subway station in LIC.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and incredible classes. Had a wrist injury and the teacher gave me modifications and really made sure I was okay. Daniel is one of my favorites. His classes are really fun, and challenge me to use muscles I haven't used before. I definitely recommend any and all of the classes at PilatesWorks.

PilatesWorks has a spectrum of classes that covers all experience levels, which is one of the reasons I love it. Even though I am still learning, I feel comfortable in the group classes because the instructors are very attentive, understanding, and helpful. If there is something I can't do there is always an adjustment to be offered so I never feel discouraged.

PilatesWorks is a lovely community of people led by a group of wonderful instructors. You can't beat being in a class that is fun and upbeat all while getting in an awesome workout! I came to PilatesWorks because I was tired of the monotony of the gym and I am so glad that I did.

Very impressed with this studio! Very supportive, friendly, and professional instructors. I really have enjoyed the classes so far which are very challenging but effective. Studio is clean, great atmosphere, and very convenient. Highly recommend Alison's class!!!

PilatesWorks is amazing. So far I've only taken two classes with Natalie (jumpboard and reformer) and both times have been outstanding experiences. She takes the time to correct your form and is very encouraging! I don't feel intimidated like I have been at SLT classes - the environment is very welcoming. I'm hoping to come back more often!
