Pilates with Beth

I love this place and the workouts are so good! The reformer machines can look a little intimidating the first time you use them but Beth really walks you through everything and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. They are smaller classes which really allows her to keep and eye on you while your going through the workouts. I'm hooked :-)

Beth provides a complete workout that works individual muscles as well as stretching the whole body. She is hands on and very knowledgeable. She varies the exercises in her classes, so I don't feel as if I am just constantly doing the same thing. I highly recommend her classes.

I wrote a review in the heat of the moment before I addressed the issue with beth. She was most accommodating when we talked. And the issues were addressed to my satisfaction.

I thought I would give Pilates a try over a year ago to see if I liked it. I've taken several different excercise classes over the years, but never tried Pilates. I'm so happy I did. I signed up for classes with Beth and I am now hooked! I absolutely love her classes. Each one is different, challenging and fun! An hour flys by so quickly that it's hard to believe you just had a full body workout. Beth is very experienced and accomadates all levels at the same time without jeopardizing anyone's workout. Due to her small class size, which is only 4 machines, everyone gets personalized attention and leaves her class satisfied and feeling strong. Give Beth a try, I'm sure you will love it as much as I do.
