• Great intro class! I never have done Pilates and was intimidated especially having gone through several surgeries, chemo snd radiation in the last 5 years. Robin was super patient and really helped me see that Pilates will rebuild strength even after so much trauma. I'm still nervous about trying a group class but I'm going to do it!😊
