• The environment is very welcoming with the instructor being friendly, supportive, and challenging. The price is better than other studios I've looked at, and the equipment is in good shape. In general, I'm really enjoying my journey into pilates.

• It was first truly intro level class I've been to. I have been uncomfortable trying reformer Pilates since going to "lagree" classes that did not provide a basic beginners level class. They were very intense and I felt like I was doing everything wrong. I feel like I know the Pilates reformer machine now and feel confident enough to take a real class
