• I have been practicing Bikram yoga 17yrs and teaching other #power pilates yoga . I absolutely love the reformer classes. AOIFE CAROLINE AND DANIELLE are all FANTASTIC Pilates Instructors. I did find the mat studio lovely however the room was a bit cold due to temperature drop outside... it is a FABULOUS PILATES studio experience... I have plugged you on my INSTAGRAM page with over 16.6K followers... and recommend it to all my yoga students! Love love love it!
