Alex was an incredible instructor. She was thorough, adjusted movement based on people's individual needs and she made me feel incredibly safe. I am recovering from surgery and Alex ensure I found the balance between pushing myself and honoring my healing process. I wish I lived in Oahu in order to take more of her classes!
